Why Forkua exists
I saw too many business owners and self-employed professionals trapped in their own businesses. Skilled people with real projects, but no time for their family, to think bigger or to build something lasting.
I also saw AI promising to solve all of this. Most of the time it failed because nobody had taken the trouble to understand how the business worked first.
Forkua grew out of that contradiction: the conviction that time is the one resource you cannot buy, and that technology frees you only when applied with sound judgement.

Common questions.
Is the assessment suitable for any type of business?
Yes. We make no assumptions in advance and analyse your business as it works today. Our experience is particularly in hospitality, clinics and service SMEs, but the process applies to any sector.
What happens after the assessment?
We present the results in a handover session. If you decide to continue, we prepare a tailored implementation proposal based on our findings. Otherwise, the assessment and all documentation belong to you.
How much of my time does it require?
Mainly an initial 60–90-minute call and access to the information we need about your processes, tools and team. We do the rest. We present the deliverable in a second 45–60-minute session.
Why €399 and not less?
This is a real analysis carried out by a consultant who understands both business processes and technology. The price ensures that both parties' time is used well.
How does this differ from conventional consulting?
You work directly with the consultant. The assessment is a defined product with concrete deliverables and technically grounded documentation.

5. Providers with access to data
We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties. The following technology providers may access it solely to provide the service:
- n8n GmbH (n8n Cloud, Frankfurt, EU) — receives booking form data to manage and notify the request. Processing within the EU.
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) — hosts this website and may record technical access data (IP address, browser) in server logs. International transfers are covered by the provider's appropriate safeguards.
6. Data retention
- Prospective customers: during active prospecting and for up to 1 year after the last contact if no business relationship is established.
- Customers: for the duration of the contract and subsequently for the legally required periods (at least 5 years for commercial and tax obligations).
- Commercial communications: until you withdraw consent.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to:

8. International transfers
Netlify, Inc. is based in the USA. Its processing of technical access data may involve an international transfer. Netlify operates under the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR. n8n processes data on EU servers in Frankfurt, without international transfers.
